Ronald L Breazeale, Ph.D. holds a doctorate in clinical psychology from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville graduating in 1974. He has been in practice in Maine for the past 40 years. He is currently licensed as a psychologist in the State of Maine and has been previously licensed in Tennessee, Nebraska, and New Hampshire. Dr. Breazeale has obtained national certifications in the treatment of substance abuse.

Dr. James M. Claiborn is a Diplomate of the American Board of Professional Psychology in Counseling Psychology and a Diplomate and Founding Fellow of the Academy of Cognitive Therapy. His practice is focused on providing cognitive therapy for individuals with a range of problems including anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, chronic pain, and somatoform disorders.

Falmouth Physical Therapy was established in 1987 with the primary goal of providing physical therapy services to assist patients with their acute and chronic pain. The owner, David Reese, is a 1979 graduate of Sargent College at Boston University, and practices with a focus on manual therapy.

Margery I. Goldberg is an L.C.S.W. with over 30 years of experience. During this period of time, she has worked with people with chronic pain as well as a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, chronic illness, relationship issues, parenting, adoption, and grief.
Margery works with physicians and healthcare providers. She is currently accepting new clients and is a provider for most insurances.
Joel Guarna, Ph.D., is a licensed psychologist in the state of Maine. For this project, he serves as an independent consultant, coordinating and running quarterly peer consultation groups and continuing education experiences for professional participants.

David Jordan, L.C.P.C. , C.C.S. is a Certified Bioenergetic Therapist and Clinical Counselor who teaches mindfulness, hypnosis, and body awareness as ways of helping people experience life to its fullest. He has over 36 years of experience and is currently running a group for people with ongoing pain called Changing Pain.
David is licensed in the State of Maine and is currently accepting new patients.
Dr. Malcolm Williams graduated Summa Cum Laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic, Davenport, Iowa, in 1977. He was the Head Intern for the Sacro-Occipital Technic Department in the Palmer Public Clinic and was a teaching assistant in the Advanced Sacro-Occipital Technic. After graduating, he practiced in Dallas, Texas for 5 years before moving to Maine, opening the office at 558 Main Street, South Portland in May of 1982. He is a member of the Maine Chiropractic Association and of the American Chiropractic Association.
