Ronald L Breazeale, Ph.D. holds a doctorate in clinical psychology from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville graduating in 1974. He has been in practice in Maine for the past 40 years. He is currently licensed as a psychologist in the State of Maine and has been previously licensed in Tennessee, Nebraska, and New Hampshire. Dr. Breazeale has obtained national certifications in the treatment of substance abuse.

Dr. Breazeale is currently accepting new patients and is on the panels of most of the insurance providers in the greater Portland area.

Dr. James M. Claiborn is a Diplomate of the American Board of Professional Psychology in Counseling Psychology and a Diplomate and Founding Fellow of the Academy of Cognitive Therapy. His practice is focused on providing cognitive therapy for individuals with a range of problems including anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, chronic pain, and somatoform disorders.

Dr. Claiborn is licensed as a psychologist in CA, DE, ME, NH, NY.  He is currently accepting new patients on a limited basis.

Falmouth Physical Therapy was established in 1987 with the primary goal of providing physical therapy services to assist patients with their acute and chronic pain.  The owner, David Reese, is a 1979 graduate of Sargent College at Boston University, and practices with a focus on manual therapy.

David Reese holds a State of Maine Physical Therapy License.  Falmouth Physical Therapy accepts most insurances. Please contact your insurance carrier to find out if we are participating. David Reese is currently accepting new patients.

Maite Garcia, L.M.F.T.,  has more than 10 years of experience working with depression, anxiety, trauma, and ADHD.  She has helped clients having medical conditions in dealing with emotional issues and trauma.

Maite is licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the States of Maine and California. She is currently accepting new patients. She takes most insurances with the exception of Medicare.

 

Margie Goldberg, LCSW

Margery I. Goldberg is an L.C.S.W. with over 30 years of experience.  During this period of time, she has worked with people with chronic pain as well as a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, chronic illness, relationship issues, parenting, adoption, and grief.

Margery works with physicians and healthcare providers.  She is currently accepting new clients and is a provider for most insurances.

 Joel Guarna, Ph.D., is a licensed psychologist in the state of Maine. For this project, he serves as an independent consultant, coordinating and running quarterly peer consultation groups and continuing education experiences for professional participants.

After graduating, he practiced in Dallas, Texas for 5 years before moving to Maine, opening the office at 558 Main Street, South Portland in May of 1982.
